Wander Door Controller

Introduction

The Mincom Wander Door Controller is an integral part of the Minicom Wander Patient system. It secures an entrance or doorway against patients (wearing the Minicom Wander Tag and) who tend to wander from the premises, whilst allowing free access for staff, visitor, residents and others.

The Wander Door controller is housed in a stylish enclosure and contains 'state of the art' microprocessor controlled circuitry to allow detection of Wander Tags. It also contains an built in keyboard to allow staff entry of an "escort code" to allow escorting of wander prone residents as required.
