Art Work Protection System

Description

The Minicom Gallery System provides proven protection of valuable art and other valuable items using small, long life, battery operated radio transmitters. Each radio transmitter can detect tampering of the artwork, either by movement of the entire item, or cutting of canvas from their frame. Additionally, the removal of the painting from the wall will cause alarm activation. Sophisticated processing circuitry provides user settable levels of background noise discrimination and sensitivity.

Alarms sent, via receivers, to be alerted on any of the following Base Station systems :

• Minicom PC Base Station
• Minicom Bodyguard III

Minicom Door Monitor Terminal.
Each terminal can display alarms from
up to 8 Gallery transmitters

The alarm messages can be received
either directly into a the Minicom
PC Base Station or Bodyguard III or
via repeaters, for extended coverage.
The Door Monitor Terminal must be used
in association with the Minicom UHF
Diversity repeater
