In1985 the company operated under the name of Minicom Corporation Pty Ltd. It offers specialty skills and know-how in the form of consulting, manufacturing and application services, as well as products and R&D, in duress technologies. The duress alarm technologies provide a cost effective, useful means for industry and government to improve the safety standard in
the work place. Minicom has pioneered duress alarms and locating technology in Australia.
